I've been using my notoriety to defend others caught up in cancel- culture. And I'm well aware that political cartoonists in other countries have it far worse than in our comfortable little democracy. Here's my latest article:

Well done Stella! This whole cancel culture has been a concern of mine for a long time now and it does not seem to be getting any better. It is certainly not a surprise that political cartoonists are targets for this sort of abuse. Whatever a person's political stance, freedom of speech should be something we should all aim protect.

Yes indeed. Good points very well put, as was the case with the newt cartoon (which surely should not have been refuted or apologised for). Others may disagree - which is my point. We're in a bad place if there is only one official line that is permitted.
