Re: NFT images
Blimey, that was hard work. My brain aches. I'm way behind the field on anything to do with computers, let alone crypto-art or crypto-currencies. So I thought I'd try and catch up a bit via the articles kindly linked above. I'm little the wiser, as I really don't have sufficient understanding of the...

Re: LICAF in Kendal here we come
Ha ha ha! Wishing you - and LICAF - all the very best for a great time in Oct. (I'd delete my post above, if I could see how to - and if it didn't further reduce the postings on this forum...).

Re: LICAF in Kendle here we come
Um, Kendal, that is, if I'm allowed to be a snotty pedant in such matters. (Sorry, it's the ex-teacher in me that can't help myself reaching for a red pen on such occasions - or was this spelling deliberate, some in-joke perhaps that I've failed to get?)

Re: Supporting other cancelled cartoonists
Yes indeed. Good points very well put, as was the case with the newt cartoon (which surely should not have been refuted or apologised for). Others may disagree - which is my point. We're in a bad place if there is only one official line that is permitted.

Re: Pete Shea
Sad news indeed. I met Pete really only 2-3 times, but he was clearly a lovely man, a dab hand at cartooning and a stalwart supporter of the CCGB and cartooning events over many, many years. My very best wishes to Mary & family.

Re: Say Hello
Thanks indeed to Chris and anyone else having to deal with the new arrangements here. Any such change is bound to engender confusion and hassle, but the old forum was, sadly, a goner and you had no choice. I'm sure it'll all be worth it in the end. Now to park myself in a discreet corner and watch t...
